Learn Reiki and Deepen Your Experiences
First Degree Reiki — You can learn Reiki!
In the First Degree Reiki class, you will learn self-treatment — the basis of this mystical yet practical healing system.
You will learn how to give Reiki treatments to family and friends, including your pets, so those you care about will also benefit from your Reiki training. Rebecca will tell the oral history of Usui Shiki Ryoho beginning with founder Mikao Usui giving you some insight how time and place shaped Reiki practices. You will learn the form of the practice, giving and receiving feedback and guidance. This ensures you will be able to continue your new Reiki practice on your own with confidence after the training.
Rebecca is available to her students beyond the “Reiki 1” class. Students may schedule gratis 1:1 Reiki exchanges with Rebecca. She also hosts a twice-monthly Reiki self-treatment circle via Zoom on Sunday evenings. She is always available for additional training and support.
Fee: $200.*

Reiki Healing Arts Vermont
Second Degree Reiki–also known as the practitioner’s degree–is for Reiki students who are drawn to deepen and expand their practice beyond the circle of family and friends. After actively practicing First Degree for at least six months, some choose Second Degree training. This training provides avenues and protocols for deepening one’s relationship to Reiki and commitment to using it regularly. Second Degree includes creating a small community service project.
